Elbow Bridge Back Exercise

In this first video you’ll see an example of an Elbow Bridge. I call it a bridge when it’s a static contraction.

In the second video the exercise is more dynamic. I call this an Elbow Lift. I think she calls it a reverse push up.

You see she does it with her butt on the ground. To increase the difficulty keep a tight core and let your hips come off the ground.
