Reverse Bear Crawls
This is more difficult than it looks. But it’s worth it.
The reverse bear crawl hit a tone of things all in one shot. It’s great for the core. It hits the shoulders with protraction, upward rotation and works stability. Then you have all kinds of great stuff happing with the lower body.
Because the backward crawl requires a decent amount of ankle mobility you’ll be working on ankle dorsiflexion the soleus and plantar fascia.
