Common Reason for Tight Hamstrings
While you may experience tight hamstrings it’s important to have an idea of the cause. There are 5 major reasons.
- Neural tension.
- Sitting for long periods over a long time.
- A current hamstring strain or tear.
- Excessive anterior pelvic tilt.
- Previous hamstring injury.
