Common Reason for Tight Hamstrings

While you may experience tight hamstrings it’s important to have an idea of the cause. There are 5 major reasons.

  1. Neural tension.
  2. Sitting for long periods over a long time.
  3. A current hamstring strain or tear.
  4. Excessive anterior pelvic tilt.
  5. Previous hamstring injury.
